Mark Reeve is the Managing Director of Chalcroft, a national construction company specialising in industrial and commercial building. Projects range in value from £100k to £10m: major clients include household names in the food industry. Mark heads a team of Owner/Directors and the company has grown rapidly since the management buyout in 2007. Training and staff development are seen as key to successful growth and the company has an enviable reputation for its excellent service.

Mark left school at 15 to become carpenter’s apprentice. His “hands-on” experience, and working closely with clients in a wide range of disciplines has given him a good understanding of business needs and the keys to prosperous growth. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, lives in North West Norfolk and is married with three children.
