Dr Lynn Morgan is the Chief Executive of the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.

Lynn joined the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in 2010, having previously been Director of Business and Enterprise at the East of England Development Agency.  Lynn was responsible for ensuring that there was effective government funded business support across the East of England and worked with many businesses and third sector organisations and networks to develop and implement strategy.  Prior to her time at EEDA she had been the East of England Regional Manager for the Community Fund and, later,  the Big Lottery Fund, the organisations charged with distributing Lottery to fund to charitable and community projects.  She has also had her own business and worked as a management consultant.

Lynn has a PhD from Manchester University in Organisational Psychology and an MA and BA Hons from Anglia Ruskin University.
