Terry is currently the Deputy Leader of Rutland County Council. In addition to this, he is the director and business owner of a SME, Belvoir Associates Ltd, that manufactures flatpack furniture for export and UK web based sales.

Terry also has 48 years in manufacturing industry covering aluminium, steel and wood based industries.
